Custom orders at Glamera Jewels can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production costs may apply.
Refunds for standard jewelry pieces are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition with all Glamera Jewels certifications.
Due to the unique nature of bespoke designs, custom-made items at Glamera Jewels are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
